Lemon a Natural Remedy

Today I’m here to share with you amazing tips that can help you in your daily life. Based on my passion for writing, I have met many interesting people who have expressed some pretty forward-thinking ideas and concepts.

One woman, in particular, focused on how you can overcome cancer by changing your lifestyle — something which she successfully did. Until I met her, I viewed a lemon as just a lemon. It was a fruit that I used to make salad dressings and flavor my water. Now, of course, I know that it is much more than that, as it has been shown to promote positive health— both inside and out.

So let’s look on amazing home remedies of  lemon.here we go:

  • Effective acne treatment
  • Fight infections
  • Lighten your hair
  • Brighten your nails
  • Menstrual cramps
  •  Headache
  • Reduce Fever
  • Blackheads
  • Kidney stones
  • Skin Remedy
  • Weight Loss

1-Effective acne treatment:

Lemon juice can be applied topically for a wide range of ailments, including acne outbreaks. Offering a natural astringent agent, this antibacterial fruit will help remove dead skin cells and cleanse clogged pores. Not only will it disinfect and exfoliate, but lemon juice can also naturally lighten your skin, reducing the appearance of acne.

To apply lemon juice to your skin, start by washing your face with warm water and an all-natural soap. To open your pores, hold a warm towel on your face for one to two minutes. After squeezing a tablespoon of lemon juice into a bowl, apply to affected areas and leave on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing.

2-Fight infections:

Lemon juice is a powerful antibacterial agent. In terms of urinary tract infections, a condition that affects one in five women during their lifetime, lemons can help prevent UTIs by flushing the bladder, expelling potentially infectious bacteria.

As stated in a study, published in the International Journal of Innovation and Applied Studies, the combination of green tea and lemon are highly effective when aiming to treat UTIs. While focusing on lemons, researchers reported that this fruit enables more of green tea’s unique antioxidant properties as well.

3-Lighten your hair:

Considering 75 percent of American women color their hair, it’s critical to note that conventional hair dyes contain toxic compounds, including carcinogenic substances. Don’t allow the natural color of your hair to affect your confidence — you’re beautiful as you are. But if you’d like to naturally lighten your hair lemon will do the trick.

Lemon acts as a bleaching agent. As the sun’s UV rays interact with the acid in lemon juice, your hair goes through acid oxidation, resulting in a lighter shade. As an added benefit, when lemon juice is applied directly to the scalp, it has been shown to treat dandruff and other issues related to the hair and scalp.

4-Brighten your nails:

We use our hands all day, every day, resulting in slightly stained nails. This is especially true if you often use dark nail polishes. If you’re looking to brighten up your nails, lemons will do most of the heavy lifting. Full of alpha-hydroxy acid, lemons have the ability to lighten and brighten your nail fibers.

To try this at home, all you’ll need is a lemon and some warm water. Combine the juice from half of a lemon with one cup of warm water. Dip your fingertips into the solution for five to 10 minutes. If you’d like to strengthen your nails, you can also make a lemon juice and olive oil treatment. Once again, soak for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing.

5-Menstrual Cramps:

Mixing lemon juice (one lemon) and 1 tbsp of honey to a warm glass of water can help relieve your menstrual cramps. This mix will have an alkalizing effect on your body that will keep you hydrated. Drink it every morning after you wake up.

6-Headache:

Did you know that lemons can also help you with headaches? You can either add a few slices in your drink or tea or rub a slice against your temple and forehead.

7-Reduce Fever:

Mix cream of tartar, lemon juice, warm water, and honey to reduce a fever. You see, lemon has anti-inflammatory properties, meaning it helps reduce fever, swelling, and pain. Isn’t it fantastic for a fever remedy to be sour (and sweet with honey) instead of bitter?

8-Blackheads:

Get Rid Of Blackheads In 5 Minutes. Half lemon and 3-4 drops of honey. Rub the lemon on your face, emphasize the black heads prone areas like nose, chin etc. Leave the lemon and honey mixture on your face for 5 minutes, then wash it with cold water. You will see the results immediately. Additionally, lemon juice will also fade other marks/spots on the face and honey will moisturize. Use illuminate facial cleanser to keep those pores squeaky clean after the honey and lemon treatment.

9-Kidney Stones:

While our kidney does a good job of flushing out toxins from our body, it also needs support. Lemon is rich in citric acids which prevents stone formation. With the new research, people who have kidney stones can opt-out of medication. They can now get better with the lemonade therapy!

10- Skin Remedy:

If you’re looking for a natural way to get brighter and clearer skin, lemon is the answer. The uses of lemon for skin include lightening of dark spots and reducing wrinkles–a traditional method used for generations! For dark underarms, freckles, and dark knees and elbows, simply rub lemon to these areas.
